White work and architectural finishes
Every architectural project, renovation, construction and design, goes through different stages; and the terms black work, gray work, white work and architectural finish will always be present. Knowing its meaning is important and more if you are looking to buy a home or renovate a property.
BLACK WORK
It refers to the first phase of the project where the delimitation actions of the construction, excavation, leveling and foundation area are carried out, until the external work is finished with all its structural details such as: walls, slabs, ceilings and main pipes. At this stage, the project is not yet habitable and many of the final details are missing.
GRAY WORK
At this point, the construction begins to take the shape that we envisioned at the beginning of the project. The enclosing walls are raised, like the walls of the house; in some cases they add roof tiles or waterproofing. In addition, the installation of internal pipes, wiring and public service connections is finished.
WHITE WORK
The last stage of all construction is this. Here the finishes that define the style of the house and make it habitable are installed. Plumbing, interior and exterior carpentry, finishes, welding, coatings, painting, kitchen, bathrooms and more are added.
Architectural finishes.
Construction finishes are all those works that are carried out in a construction to finish its details, leaving it with an aesthetic and habitable appearance. All those materials that are placed on a surface of black or raw work are known as finishes, coatings or coatings. That is to say, they are placed on floors, walls, soffits, roofs, exterior works or in holes and openings of a construction.

Electrical Outlet
Electrical installation
An electrical installation is the set of electrical circuits that aims to provide electrical energy to buildings, facilities, public places, infrastructures, etc. It includes the necessary equipment to ensure its correct operation and the connection with the corresponding electrical devices.
There are calculations and measurements when designing an electrical installation and these in turn depend on the electronic equipment that will be installed. A poor installation, either because I use the wrong cable thickness or because I don't splice correctly, can cause significant losses.
At 3A Remodeling we have electrical specialists for this purpose.

Plumbing
Plumbing is the work of installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes (also known as pipes). Through these pipes, it is possible to evacuate sewage (which carries urine and fecal matter from the bathrooms) and supply the population with drinking water (suitable for human consumption without presenting a risk to the Health).
Today, plumbing is essential to install the pipes in a house, repair a broken pipe, solve faucet problems and repair bathroom equipment, for example.
- The most important points to cover in a plumbing evaluation are the following:
- leaks: when a tube loses water due to wear or an impact, for example;
- materials and fusions: it is not enough to have good ideas to repair a pipe, but it is necessary to know the most appropriate products for each case and the best way to use them;
- plans and installations: a plumber must handle the jargon and concepts of construction at a certain level, to be able to read a plan and isolate a problem whose root is not obvious to the naked eye;
- sewage drains: this is one of the elements that causes the most problems and generates the greatest despair, given its unpleasant characteristics;
- kitchen pipes: the kitchen is an essential environment in the home and also one of the most used, which leads to damage more frequently. For this reason, a good professional must thoroughly know his plumbing system, with all the possible combinations of materials and products, in order to be able to act efficiently.

Furniture
Furniture is understood as any element that is thought, designed and built to be used in the space of a home or building with different uses according to its shape or purpose. One of the basic characteristics when defining what a piece of furniture is is precisely the fact that it is a movable object that can be moved from one place to another, for which reason other objects related to construction and decoration cannot they can be considered furniture (for example, windows, doors, ceilings, floors, walls and others).
The furniture has been created by the human being as a basic element to possess in certain spaces in order to allow greater comfort and utility. In this sense, we can say that objects such as benches, chairs, tables and beds must have been the first pieces of furniture to be built by man, since they fulfill essential functions within a home: allow human beings to eat and rest. Then, other pieces of furniture of minor importance but still interesting appear, such as the desk, the library, bedside tables, cabinets, wardrobes and others, each of them fulfilling its specific function.
At 3A Remodeling, we adapt the spaces for that piece of furniture that caught you and you want it in your home. Advise with us.

Quartzzone countertops - marble - granite
You've started your kitchen or bathroom remodel, but find yourself with a sea of options for every countertop, floor, and other surface. Everywhere you look, there are pictures of beautiful home kitchens and baths with custom countertops, cabinets and flooring.
You may be wondering what type of stone countertops are made of or what type of stone is best for your kitchen.
There are three commonly used stones for countertops: Marble, Granite, and Quartz.
Which of these is the best for you? And how can you tell the difference between these materials?
Characteristics of Marble, Granite and Quartz
Marble
The marble is mined and reaches your home 100% natural. As a classic choice for architecture, marble has been used from statues to bathrooms. Marble often comes in various colors with wonderful veins. When the marble is free of impurities or other stones, it becomes an immaculate white. However, it is often porous and requires frequent maintenance, making it less resistant to damage than other stones on the market.
Granite
Granite comes straight from the ground and does not require much processing before it is ready to be purchased and installed in your home. A countertop made of granite is one of the strongest and most beautiful surfaces to be found on this planet.
There is an endless rainbow of colors to choose from, including tans, greys, golden browns, blues, whites and many more. Granite is durable, stain and heat resistant.
Quartz
Unlike marble and granite, which are quarried, polished and sold, a quartz countertop has to be fabricated. The reason is that the quartz used for countertops is about 90% natural quartz that has been melted and mixed with about 10% polyresin. Since these countertops are manufactured, their appearance can be customized to mimic the look of marble or granite.
